In 1997 I took a class from Tacy Stanley, who is great fun. I learned how to make beaded lamp shades. I have made 6 since then and keep coming up with ideas for more. (Now if I only had more time!) This was my 3rd, I made it for my twin sister's Christmas gift in 1998. She uses it as a night light. It casts a lovely green glow on the ceiling.

1998. She collects old green glass, so I thought she would like these colors. Some of the beads in the fringe are vintage.
